Commercial Properties: How to Apply

BEFORE SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS:

Click here to view our qualifying standards and complete application process. Our App Fee is $55, per adult applicant. Each adult must submit an application.

INSURANCE

All commercial tenants must purchase and carry insurance throughout their tenancy.

Bell Properties, Inc must be listed as additional insured on your policy.

Policy limitations must be at least $1,000,000 and go up from there.

INCOME VERIFICATION

All prospects are required to independently verify their income, through our income verification partner ‘The Closing Docs’.

After submitting your holding fee, you’ll receive an email to confirm you banking details with our partner ‘The Closing Docs’. This is a vital element to the approval process.
